Renovation of a building using green building techniques

This project involved an investment and real estate development project involving a completely green building renovation, managed and executed in-house. Furthermore, chestnut beams were treated with boron salts, a natural woodworm inhibitor. Additionally, reinforced concrete stairs were constructed, with the original stones replaced, a self-supporting elevator shaft, and pressed and hot-glued wood fiber panels were installed on the roof for thermal insulation.
